● Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days]. 

● Custom or personalised items may require additional processing time. 

● Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. 

If we experience delays, we will notify you via email. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes: 

● Standard Shipping (AUS): [3-7 business days] 

● Express Shipping (AUS): [1-3 business days] 

● International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. 

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to couriers, weather, customs, or other external factors. 

3. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. 

4. Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Reframed Plates is not responsible for: 

● Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses 

● Lost items due to an incorrect address provided at checkout

● StarTrack

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels 

We are not liable for: 

● Parcels lost by carriers 

● Delivery delays outside our control 

● Damage incurred during transit 

 

However, we will assist you in lodging an enquiry or claim with the carrier. 

7. International Orders 

International orders may be subject to: 

● Customs duties 

● Import taxes 

● Additional fees set by destination countries
