Welcome to the Reframed Plates website (the “Site”). By using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.
1. General Rule: No Returns on Personalized Products
Due to the fully customized nature of our products (such as personalized license plate holders and frames), we do not accept returns or exchanges for discretionary reasons (e.g., change of mind, personal preference) under the right of withdrawal.
Once manufacturing has begun or the product has been delivered, refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances outlined below.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
The right to a refund, exchange, or return arises only in the following situations: A. Manufacturing Error or Wrong Product If the delivered item has errors in the text, font, color, or dimensions that directly contradict the final specifications provided and approved during the order process.
● Return Period: Claims must be submitted within 5 Business Days from the date of delivery.
B. Damage During Delivery
If the product is physically damaged (e.g., broken, cracked, severely dented) during shipping or delivery.
● Return Period: Claims must be submitted within 48 Hours from the time of delivery.
C. Excessive Late Delivery If the estimated delivery time, which was communicated to the customer, is significantly exceeded without a reasonable justification.
● Right to Cancel: The right to cancellation/refund arises immediately upon notification of the excessive delay, provided the customer has not yet received the item.
3. Return Application Conditions and Procedure
Application Requirements
● Proof of Issue: The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence demonstrating the error or damage (e.g., showing the damage, or comparing the delivered product with the original order proof).
● Original Condition: The damaged or incorrect product, along with all original packaging materials and accessories, must be returned to us.
● Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personalized information (plate number, name, style) provided during the order. Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer are not grounds for a refund.
4. Application Procedure
● The customer must notify us immediately within the specified periods by emailing info@reframedplates.com.
● Our company will review the claim and verify the evidence within 2 business days.
● Upon confirmation of the error or damage, we will offer a free replacement/exchange or a full refund, as requested by the customer.
5. Refund Process
Full refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return conditions are met and the product is inspected by us.
